Speed Review: The Body Shop Hemp Foot Protector

The Body Shop Hemp Hand Protector is one of my winter must-haves & a product which I've come back to year after year for more than a decade. As such, when I noticed that my feet were looking rather neglected after a couple of months in winter boots, I decided to treat them using the bestselling The Body Shop Hemp Foot Protector, in the hope that it would deliver the same effective results as the accompanying hand cream. After all, it is described as a heavy-duty foot cream which works wonders on very dry skin to soothe, rehydrate and soften rough, dry feet, helping to restore skin's moisture barrier and conditioning nails.

The Body Shop Hemp Foot Protector review

The Body Shop Hemp Foot Protector is presented in a small plastic tub which is instantly recognisable as being from The Body Shop. It's in keeping with the brand and I feel that the design is quite unisex (as the Hemp range is intended to be) but I'd have preferred the convenience of a tube.

The rich cream texture means that a little goes a long way and as such, the tub will last & last. Despite the rich texture, it was easily absorbed into skin. That said, it leaves a residue on skin for a short time so I feel that it is best used at night. The distinctive, unisex Hemp fragrance won't be to everyone's liking but I didn't find it to be overpowering.

Following use, my feet were left feeling soft, smooth and nourished. This is an impressively results driven foot cream which I'd highly recommend.

The Body Shop Hemp Foot Protector costs £10 for 100ml.
